About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the Australian market, particularly focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting revenue.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales
activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales,
preferably in the technology sector.
Strong understanding of the Australian business market, particularly the SME segment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Knowledge of Data & AI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or other relevant technology areas is desirable.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
System Design & Development:
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and configurations, leveraging your coding expertise.
Microsoft 365 Expertise:
Manage, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and other related services.
Windows Environment Management:
Maintain and support Windows Server and client operating systems, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, proactively
identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in
a client-facing role.
Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell).
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration and management.
Solid understanding of Windows Server and client operating
systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
